  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red apple vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 12 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon cubes, arugula, chopped basil, crumbled feta cheese, sliced red onion, and pine nuts. Gently toss to mix.
