  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 cans fire-roasted tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime juice
  • Vegan taco seasoning

Instructions
