  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Blend the base mixture: In a high-speed blender, combine 2/3 cup yogurt, strawberries, almond milk, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill popsicle molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each halfway. Freeze for about 1 hour.
  3. Add granola layer: Remove from freezer and add granola to each mold. Top with remaining yogurt.
  4. Freeze until solid: Return molds to freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely firm.
