  • garlic salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • black pepper
  • optional: shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  2. Sear sausages for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned; transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Layer sliced onions and bell peppers over the sausages; season with garlic salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the mixture.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours until cooked through.
