  • 3/4 cup protein powder (90g)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Optional: 4 oz melted chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until dough-like.
  2. You can either shape individual bars by hand or pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 baking pan. Press down evenly.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. If using chocolate, add it on top before chilling.
