  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (about 7-8 minutes), breaking it up as you go.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Reduce heat to low, then add cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish; layer provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
