  • 12 mini peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (grated)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion (with juice), egg white, salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and ground cumin; mix until well combined.
