  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning of choice (pepper, paprika, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for about 1-2 minutes until fully melted.
  3. Combine the melted cheese with almond flour and mix until it forms a thick dough.
  4. Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/6 inch thickness.
  5. Cut triangles from the rolled-out dough and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely before serving.
