  • 1/2 lb Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef by combining sliced Flat Iron steak with coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic in a zip-top bag. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for two minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a wok or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until browned, about 1-3 minutes; set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry the broccoli until crisp-tender, approximately three minutes. Add reserved marinade and cook for an additional two minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet with broccoli; mix well and warm through before serving.
