  • 1 lb Flat Iron steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced Flat Iron steak with coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain well.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes) and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli until crisp-tender (around 3 minutes). Add reserved marinade and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan, add fish sauce and toasted sesame oil, and warm through before serving.
