  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¼ cup of melted salted butter, plus 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat together butter and sugar substitute until fluffy. Add cream cheese and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until smooth.
