  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/8 cup green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese, spreading evenly onto the parchment in a circular shape. Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  3. Drain excess oil from the cheese shell and layer cooked chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green onions on one half.
