  • 1 ½ cups plus ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in intervals until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the egg and almond flour to form a sticky dough.
  4. Press the dough onto a lined baking sheet into a rectangle (9×13 inches).
