  • 1 cup sweet pepper strips (red, orange, yellow)
  • 2 cups green bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 3 oz provolone cheese
  • 3 oz shredded gruyere or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
