  • 1 pound shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 of a lime (juiced)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sriracha (if using), and soy sauce; mix well.
  2. Remove beef from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper; sauté until soft and caramelized (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Return the beef to the skillet with the brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until everything is well combined.
  4. Serve warm over rice or your favorite side dish, topped with sesame seeds if desired.
