  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped deli turkey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, ground black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  2. Add sliced red onion, pepperoncini, diced tomato, chopped turkey slices, and chopped deli turkey to the bowl with the dressing.
  3. Top with chopped iceberg lettuce and toss until all ingredients are coated in dressing.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
