  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened; can use dairy-free)
  • 1 ¼ cup milk (room temperature; can use lactose-free or dairy-free)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In an electric mixer bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Warm the milk to about 115°F (45°C) and add it along with softened butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a baking pan (9×13 inch) and portion dough using an ice cream scoop into the pan. Smooth tops with a spatula.
  4. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Brush melted butter over the rolls before serving.
