  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend

  4. Add eggs to the yeast mixture and whisk; gradually incorporate the flour mixture until combined into a slightly sticky dough.
  5. Dust the work surface with cornstarch; roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut dough into strips, shape into twists, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan to about 350°F; fry doughnuts until golden brown on each side.
  8. Coat with cinnamon-sugar while warm and serve immediately.
