  • 2 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream for mousse
  • Powdered sugar for mousse
  • Heavy cream for whipped cream topping
  • Powdered sugar for whipped cream topping
  • Vanilla extract for whipped cream topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Whisk in sugar, vanilla, salt; add eggs one at a time. Stir in gluten-free flour until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the pan; bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
