  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the egg and baking powder. Fold into the cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 portions, rolling each into an oval shape about 8mm thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  6. Brush the baked naan with the garlic butter mixture and return to the oven for an additional 1–2 minutes.
