  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C/375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold this into the melted cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Cut the dough into 10 equal portions; roll each into a ball and flatten into ovals about 8mm thick.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley for the topping. Brush over naan after baking and return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
