  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (92/8)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Oil
  • 1/2 C Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Cider or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add chili oil.
  2. Brown the ground chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. While cooking the chicken, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, cider or rice vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F), pour the firecracker sauce into the skillet and cook until thickened.
  5. Serve hot garnished with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds over rice or cauliflower rice.
