  • 1/2 Tbsp Chili Oil
  • 1/4 C Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 C Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cider or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with chili oil.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, cider or rice vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and simmer until thickened.
