  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 2 10-ounce cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons ancho chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with half of the taco seasoning until fully cooked.
  2. In your crock pot, combine cream cheese, Rotel, and remaining taco seasoning.
  3. Drain excess grease from the meat and add it to the crock pot; stir to mix.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
