  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Fresh basil leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken stock and heavy cream; add grated Parmesan. Mix cornstarch with water if needed before adding to the sauce. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked through.
  5. Stir in fresh basil before serving warm.
