½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Steam or blanch cauliflower florets until just tender (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and pat dry.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Gently fold in the cauliflower florets and season with salt and pepper.
