  • 7 cups broccoli florets (465 grams/about 2 heads)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons chicken broth (plus more for cooking, if desired)
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together coconut aminos, broth, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper to create the stir fry sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sliced chicken until browned; remove from the pan.
  3. Sauté broccoli in the same pan until tender.
  4. Whisk tapioca flour with broth to make a slurry; combine with the sauce in the skillet and cook until thickened.
  5. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet; stir to combine and heat through.
