  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked chicken, along with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add half of the shredded cheese and mix well.
  4. Combine the chicken mixture with the cheese blend until fully incorporated.
  5. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken filling on each one. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
