  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for gluten-free)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, almond or soy milk, water, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and roll in panko breadcrumbs until coated.
  5. Arrange the florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil. After the first bake, pour this mixture over the wings and coat evenly.
  7. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve hot with vegan ranch dip.
