  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. If using flaxseed, mix it with 5 tablespoons of water in a small bowl and let it sit until thickened.
  3. In a medium pot, combine granulated sugar and water over medium heat until dissolved.
