  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, melt butter with half of the keto chocolate chips until glossy. Whisk to combine.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl until frothy and then blend with the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix until combined; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Allow cooling in the pan for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
