  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices crusty sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Sunflower seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
