  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 12 chicken tenders (about 1.5 lbs)
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine almond flour with garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
